Skyrmes
- Clive Pinch's pages on Skyrme - Clive was one of the most prolific early researchers who posted Skyrme information on the WWW. Unfortunately this seems to be no longer available except on the WayBack Machine from 2005.
- Skyrme Family in Herefordshire - provides details of Richard Skyrme and descendants (1791-1886)
- Suggest your own family history pages.
One-Name Studies (ONS)
A One-Name Study is related to family history, but is more in-depth research of a given name and its holders.
- Guild of One-Name Studies - "the worldwide centre of excellence in one-name studies and promotes the interests of both the individuals and groups who are engaged in them."
- Profile of the Skyrme One-Name Study - the profile page on the Guild's website, which is a summary of this study. New information appears on this website first!
- The Yardy One-Name Study - The www.yardy.org.uk website is that for the ONS of David Skyrme's maternal grandmother.
